Spices for "Sarmale"

Recipe
- 900 g minced meat
- 90 g rice (soaked and drained)
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sautéed
- 25 g spice
Mix 900 g minced meat with 90 g rice (soaked and drained), 1 medium chopped and sautéed onion, and 25 g seasoning. Roll the mixture in pickled cabbage leaves. Arrange the stuffed cabbage rolls in a pot, add the remaining chopped cabbage, water, and tomato paste. Simmer over low heat for about 2 hours for a delicious result.
